During this session, we will assess your talents, strengths, and potential, helping us determine where you will shine most on the field. Following the interviews, the team will convene for a single practice session, during which we will finalize the depth chart rankings and refine the plays that will define our game plan. In light of the current political climate, Jeff Nasse University has reluctantly made the difficult decision to relinquish its adherence to DEI and Title IX requirements. This decision, though deeply at odds with the core values of our institution, was driven by an overwhelming and unprecedented fear surrounding the future of grant funding - which comes first. The political pressures surrounding higher education have created an environment in which survival, in the most practical sense, necessitates such actions. While this goes against everything we stand for—equity, inclusivity, and the empowerment of every individual—it has become clear that the pursuit of financial stability is paramount. This is a result of political coercion, and we recognize the profound contradiction between this choice and our foundational ideals.
